My success story in fizik fitness centre can never be overemphasized as it didn't just just helped me in building a self confidence but totally kept me away from the hospital.

I actually enrolled to burn some stomach fats as people mistake me to pregnant woman but along the line, I realised I was not just burning some excess fats, but staying healthy all day long.

I trained for body reshaping but now, I train for longevity, sound health, strength and balance. My goals evolved from aesthetics to performance and sustainability.
